An idea for many years on paper finally became reality and TLC Environmental Ltd formed in 2015; a momentous occasion to finally put into practice the years of working within the Construction and Asbestos arenas into a business to be proud of.

Trevor Lawrie (Director) has worked in the construction Industry for over 20 years.  He initially trained as a carpenter but has worked for some of the countrys leading contractors as a Contracts Manager gaining a wealth of knowledge and contacts. Working more directly with Asbestos for the last 7 years  he has been able to deliver first class services due to combining those previous experiences.

This expertise has led to his ability to provide an all in service. TLC prides itself on providing the 'one company' ethos to deliver a project from start to finish. Trevor has recruited only the most professional staff which each offer unique skills. Each operative is skilled in a specific arena for example Plastering, Flooring or Bricklaying in addition to their specific training for working with Asbestos.

Trevor has the P402 certification an Nationally recognised qualification in asbestos surveying, accredited by the Faculty of Occupational Hygiene (BOHS). All staff working on site are UKATA (UK Asbestos Training Association) trained to Level B and Level C which cover Non-Licensable & Licensable Working with Asbestos.

Most operatives have CSCS cards: CSCS is the leading skills certification scheme within the UK construction industry. CSCS cards provide proof that individuals working on construction sites have the required training and qualifications for the type of work they carry out. In addition they have IPAF certificates: An IPAF certificate is what you need to prove you have the right training and experience to use powered access equipment (eg. Cherry pickers or Scissor Lifts). The IPAF Training Certificate is recognised across all industries.

Health and Safety is extremely important to TLC Environmental Services Ltd and all staff are First Aid Trained.
